I started experimenting with WordPress years ago, when WordPress was still in its infancy. And for some time after that I kept coming back to it, here and there.
In recent years I took the big splash and chose WordPress as my preferred website platform. I could see it evolving and realised it was going to be an excellent website and blog solution for my clients.
I love to work with clients that want to take a hands on approach with their website. These types of clients are creative and really want to learn to use WordPress. We work in partnership to create the look that the client wants and I help clients with the too geeky stuff like installing WordPress, configuring Plugins and Themes, and backing up their sites. Once the site is built the client pretty much takes over adding content to the site and I work away in the background doing the WordPress Upgrades and maintenance. This partnership works really well. Clients can take on as much or as little as they wish. And some clients just get me to do it all. I also have a training/video site that clients can access.
